The Old Stables at Finca Arboleda, holiday bungalow is bright, airy, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It enjoys it's own garden area, with sun loungers, patio table with chairs and BBQ, set amongst Olive and Fig trees. WiFi, air con, central heating and International TV with sports and film channels are all included. The pool area may be shared with a maximum of 2 people stayng in our apartment. We are legally registered as a rural accommodation and have been open since 2004 . The space Finca Arboleda, self catering holiday accommodation is our beautiful home and also offers the choice of our spacious one bedroom holiday apartment or our two bedroom holiday villa. We are ideally located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Costa Almeria, Spain and only 5 minutes from Vera town. Finca Arboleda has 5000 sq metres of mature fruit and olive trees and a fantastic Swimming pool 10 metre x 5 metre, for use of both the apartment and villa. Our clean, well equipped self catering holiday accommodation is ideal for those wanting a quiet & relaxing but not remote self catering holiday. We welcome all enquiries,100's of people have enjoyed their stay here since 2004. Finca Arboleda is easy to reach from Almeria airport, about 50mins by car or from Murcia and Alicante airports. Guest access Guests are free to use the beautiful pool and large fenced garden. You have use of a 10 x 5 metre pool which may be shared with people staying in our one bedroom apartment. Other things to note There are 2 rental units so there may be other guests, a maximum of 2, using the pool although each unit has it's own bbq/outdoor area.
