Welcome to your green spot in Evreux's city centre! Our home is an old townhouse ajoined by a lovely and cosy garden. The big comfortable bedroom will allow you to rest, you will enjoy the ensuite bathroom. The house is perfectly located: > 10' walk to the town centre (cathedral, shops, market) > 10' walk from/to the train station (Paris: 55' and Deauville: 1h15) > 10' walk to the "green walking and cycling path" (Bec Hellouin Abbey 40 km) > 45' drive to Rouen, 1h15 to Deauville or Paris The space Welcome to our home, you are currently renting the whole house. BEWARE : No Wifi and No Box We'll provide you with a BBQ, mölky and sunbeds ;) Towels, shampoo and shower gel will be available in the bathroom. You will enjoy a king-size bed (2x2m) with a premium quality mattress. Free car park in front of the main door.
