North Berkeley Gem, 3 blocks from Gourmet ghetto

My gorgeous studio is located in a quiet North Berkeley residential neighborhood a couple of blocks away from the "Gourmet Ghetto", one of Berkeley's finest neighborhoods, packed with restaurants/shops/grocery stores. The studio/house is wonderfully quiet (you'll wake up from birds singing, not traffic), full of natural light, and has a well-equipped kitchen (note: no dishwasher!). Coin/app operated laundry facility on site. No parties/loud music allowed in this house. No on-site parking. The space PS: This is my home, meaning that closets/drawers will be partly occupied by my items. This also means that it'll only be available to rent when I'm traveling or have other arrangements. However I will do my best to accommodate your booking request! This also means that the studio comes with everything you need of spices, cooking oil/olive oils/balsamic, and basic food items that you will be free to use (eggs, flour, butter, jam, sauces, coffee, tea, candy, etc). Although drawers/cupboards will have some of my items in them, I go to lengths to keep my place very clean, tidy and stylish. What you see in the pictures is what you'll get. During the pandemic I have added extra steps to my cleaning procedure, including deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces. Guest access There is no on-site parking (there is a 2-hour parking limit on the street where my apartment is located), but non-zoned parking can be found a couple of streets uphill (On Euclid avenue).
