Vredelus Farm Stay: Self-catering Unit 1

Vredelus is a farmstead and national monument. It is located on a working farm at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountains. Guests can enjoy the bright stars and silence of the Little Karoo. The self-catering units are well-equipped and tastefully decorated. There is a large garden where guests can relax. Kids can play in the garden and on the swings while looking at the sheep. We have installed rechargeable bulbs in all our rooms. Our wifi will also work when there is load-shedding. The space Our rooms/units are tastefully done. The perfect mix between old and new. Guests have a choice of staying in a self-catering unit (Self-catering unit 1) or a garden cottage (self-catering unit 2). Self-catering unit 1 sleeps 2. It offers a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, dish-washing sink and mini oven/stove. This unit also has outside braai facilities. Self-catering unit 2 sleeps 1-4. It offers a double bed and 2 single beds. This unit is extremely spacious. It has a kitchenette, lounge area, room with queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Braai facilities are available I the garden. Guest access Both self-catering units have their own entrances. Other things to note Price does not include breakfast. We do not serve breakfast but can suggest great restaurants in de Rust. Café Rust serves lunch a d dinner. Ray's coffee shop and Spekbos serve breakfast and lunch. Village trading post offer great coffee and take aways. De Rust also has a country market on the first Saturday of each month with food and other interesting stalls. De Rust has a Mikro Sentra-grocer where quests can buy necessities. The shoo closes at 18:00 Monday - Saturday and 12:00 on Sundays.
