A stunning, luxury hand crafted cabin with your own private wood fired hot tub and wood burning oven located in the beautiful North Cotswold Countryside. A haven to escape to, Mirt's Mansion moved in mid may to a Secret Site location with Jed's Shed - both within walking distance of Mickleton. In mid September it will move back to our 5 pitch site with 4 other cabins and is within walking distance of Mickleton. IF BOOKED CHECK OUT - Jed's Shed, DJ's Digs, Finley's Fort or Daisy's Den The space The houses have a cosy double bedroom with bifold doors opening onto a small wooden floating deck- a great chill out area for those balmy Summer days. The micro kitchen houses a small fridge with ice box, double gas hob and hot and cold water to the sink. On the covered deck you will find your own double wood fired hot tub which is emptied, cleaned and refilled between all guests. There are no jets as it only uses fresh water without chemicals. There is also a wood burner with oven and grill to cook up a scrumptious supper. A flush toilet is accessed from the deck and a unique, outside, hot water bucket style shower provides washing facilities for the Summer months. The cabins are designed to be off grid with solar powered 12v electric for the fridge, lighting and charging your electric devices. In the Winter the cabins will be sited on our campsite where a double shower block is available together with an electric socket to run a heater. Other things to note We only do change overs on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday - we have a minimum 2 night stay. Sunday night is charged at a lower rate as we understand a number of people only wish to stay 2 nights however, if you book/pay for the Sunday night, this does mean you don't need to be up and gone for a 10.00 am check out and can enjoy the facilities for as long as you like on the Sunday. When in a Secret Site location you will be on 12v electricity so have a fridge/freezer, lights and USB charging sockets. WE TRY TO BE AS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AS POSSIBLE SO TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED – these can be arranged on request but associated laundry fees will be charged. WE ALSO DO NOT LEAVE TEA/COFFEE/SUGAR/MILK ETC as the sachets are single use plastics which are bad for the environment
