The Villa Blue Water offers a wonderful view towards the canal crossing and, thanks to its southern location, year-round sunlight is guaranteed. The house is located in the preferred southwest of Cape Coral, south of the Cape Coral Parkway. Various shopping and catering options are in the immediate vicinity and are also easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. In just under 10 minutes by car, you can reach the “small” sandy beach of Cape Coral. The large, famous sandy beaches are located in Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island. The drive takes about 35 minutes. In addition to pelicans, dolphins and manatees can often be seen in the canal directly from the boat dock of the house.
