The space Two private parking spaces, garden which is almost completely surrounded by a green hedge and is enclosed. Storage room with two ladies bikes (free), garden set (dining table and chairs), spacious lounge area with lovely pillows, two sunbeds. Charging station for car is 5 meters away. Living room with corner sofa and armchair, French door with fly screen to the garden. The open kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge and 3 drawers of freezer. Lots of cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The house is very bright, due to the windows at the front (kitchen) and rear (living room). Hall, WC with wash-hand. Originally, it is a 6-person house. 1st floor; two fully furnished bedrooms with a bed with a mattress that is 160 wide, and the other bedroom has two separate beds (is not yet a photo of). One bedroom is furnished as a closet room, here a cot can be added or used as a work space (table is provided). The ceilings on the first floor run diagonally up and there are roller screens everywhere. Bathroom with heating, toilet, washbasin and an extra spacious shower cabin with rain and hand shower. Separate storage closet with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, drying racks and vacuum cleaner. The house is conveniently located on a corner and is completely furnished and is very clean. Bedding, bath and kitchen towels are ample, as well as soap pumps and shower gel, washing and dishwasher pods, oil and various herbs. This is all at your disposal free of charge. Nespresso machine for small cups, milk frother, kettle, citrus press, blender, toaster, mixer, hand mixer. BBQ and fans. Smart TV, Netflix and Wifi are provided. Outside in the lounge area is also Wi-Fi and electricity. Boat rental: Grou is a real water sports village. You can rent boats in a number of places, also very close to the house (5 min walk). Kids: The house is not directly on the water and is fenced, which poses no danger for smaller kids. There is space to put a cot(s) (preferably bring your own). There are various small and somewhat larger playgrounds. Stokke chair (also for babies who can just sit), games table with chairs and some toys are available. Dog: Dog is allowed on request.
