Our unit has been upgraded to a gold rating with wood and carpet flooring, leather easy-chair, king bed, bathrooms with granite counter tops, memory-foam pull-out sofa. Professionally cleaned. Fresh linen, towels and toiletries similar to a hotel await your arrival. We follow health protocols strictly to keep our Bronze Tree unit safe and clean for your use. All common areas are cleaned regularly by management. Winter: Ski Lift passes can be purchased from Steamboat web site or you can use the Ikon Pass. The Ikon Session 4-Day pass is ideal for those skiing at Steamboat once during the season. Guest access Access to the unit is from indoor, heated hallway, same floor as underground parking. Elevator access to skiing/resort with a ski closet on the ground floor. Hot Tub, Pool, Sauna and Gym are accessible from indoors - no walking outside! There is free parking in a covered parking garage at the same level as our unit and an outdoor parking one floor up for larger vehicles. Free shuttle service during the winter ski season gives you on-demand access to the entire Steamboat area. Other things to note Minimum two night stay. Book a minimum of one day in advance.
