Washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. On the second floor is the deluxe master bedroom with dual sink countertops, separate toilet, shower, office space and small private deck with mountain views - a nice private enclave. The bedroom room also offers a flat screen TV. The second floor also has the billiard loft and seating for entertainment and recreation. Parking is available in the shared lots adjacent to the building and we are permitted 3 vehicles - Loading/unloading is allowed in front of the entry but no long term parking is permitted on the hill right outside the building.
