Warm bedroom, Central location, Free road parking

Clean, quiet, tidy house in the Earlsdon district. The house has 2 floors, and I let one of the first floor room to guests which is accessed via the stairs. Free WiFi in the room. The house has central heating and laminated floors. A small garden set with outdoor chairs and tables to use if its not raining. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. Shared shower room & shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen . There are 3 public EV Charging points directly opposite the property. The space Please refrain from being too loud or causing any annoyance particularly after 11pm or embarrassment to my neighbours either in your bedroom or the rest of the property. I wish to look after guests, meet new people and hopefully new friends along the way. No drugs allowed of any kind. I do like a social drink myself and don't mind guests enjoying themselves but please respect that you are staying in my home. During your stay This is a functual home and I do go to work.
