Luxury 10 min to blues fest +studio+seaview+pool

We overlook the ocean thats 3 min drive or you can walk or ride. It’s now perfect for 2 families as we added a seperate downstairs area with queen bed, TV lounge area, ensuite and outdoor patio. It has its own coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. We are 5 mins to Bruns, 20 mins Byron and 30 mins GC airport. We get lots of breeze and sunlight in the living areas due to the high ceilings, big kitchen and deck overlooking the ocean. The plunge pool can be heated like a big spa in winter. The space We have air conditioning in the living areas main bedroom and back kids bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and LOTS of windows that capture the breeze. The high ceilings and large windows mean you feel like your outside without leaving the place. In summer it is much cooler inside than out because on hot days we always get a breeze on the hill. The seperate new downstairs self contained area is great for larger groups or if you have 2 families or 3 smaller families. It could sleep 10-11 people comfortably if you have toddlers and babies. Guest access The stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine are yours to use. We have REALLY GOOD WIFI that you can use as much as you like. This includes netflicks and spotify. We have 1 adult kayak and 1 junior Kayak (on request) which you can use along the rivers and canals. I can leave a beginners surfboard and boogie board for you to use on request. We have 4 bedrooms with 5 beds but a spare mattress can be left if needed at your request. We also have a portable cot/and safety gate if needed. Other things to note Enjoy our new deck and pool!
