Charming single-story accommodation. It has two comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms. From the entrance, a sleeping area with a bunk bed welcomes children. The large bright living room brings together the kitchen, living room and dining room in a friendly atmosphere. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant furnished area, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors or simply relaxing. The space Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between the Dordogne Valley and the Vézère Valley. Just 25 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda and 14 km from Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, you will enjoy a privileged location to discover the treasures of the region while enjoying the calm and tranquility of the place. Overlooking the valley, the cottage is nestled in the heart of a flowery and green environment, conducive to relaxation and moments of serenity in the nature. The base rate is set at €90 per night for 4 people (excluding July and August). The home can accommodate up to 6 people. Beyond 4 people, a supplement of €10 per person per night will be applied. Linens are not provided. It can be offered as an option at a rate of €10 per person. A cleaning option at the end of the stay is also available for €70. In July and August, rental is only from Saturday to Saturday (please check the calendar for the corresponding rates). The swimming pool, unheated and non-private, is accessible from June 1 to September 15, depending on weather conditions. Guest access The accommodation is 2 km from the village "Coux et Bigaroque" on the departmental 703 towards Campagne, Le Bugue and Les Eyzies. On your right you have an alley that goes up and it is indicated "Chemin des Tyssanderies". You go 100 meters and you have arrived. To pick up the keys, we are on site, just give us the approximate time of your arrival. The vacation rental is located in a small hamlet of 4 houses on a hill overlooking the Dordogne Valley. The swimming pool (unheated and non-private) is available from June 1 to September 15. Linens (sheets and towels) are available for rent for €10/person to be paid on site. Other things to note This old barn is composed of two separate dwellings on two different levels with independent entrances on opposite facades and separate courtyard and garden.
