Small independent house furnished with a living room and a bedroom upstairs and a large terrace, located in a large fenced wooded garden. The house is located in the pine trees less than 1 km from the sea accessible on foot or by car or bike... The space The Little House with terrace is located on a large wooded pine lot. A charcoal BBQ area is available in the garden, as well as a small outdoor table and 2 sun loungers. Another villa is located in the same garden, but the houses are never rented at the same time. In addition, we live on the same street and can therefore quickly answer any of your questions. Guest access Wi-Fi is served by fiber optics. There is no outlet for charging electric cars on site, and it is not allowed to do so without our permission (we will ask you for €20 extra cost per charge).
