Description
This cosy Victorian cottage was once home to two families! Since then it has been modernised by the previous owners in the 1980s and again by us in 2020. We want to keep the cottage's rich history whilst making it the perfect place to stay. In winter you can sit by the grand, original fireplace with a blanket watching your favourite films, whilst in summer this becomes a light and airy space to spend time after long walks on the beautiful nearby beaches. The space A beautifully rennovoted cottage in the peaceful Norfolk countryside. Just 2 miles from the beautiful Mundesley beach. The living room features a beautiful open victorian fireplace, there are book cases full of books you are welcome to read, board games for you and your family to enjoy and a smart TV so you have a selection of entertainment. There are three double bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. There is also a bathroom on each floor, including a bath upstairs. The shower is in the downstairs bathroom. Family friendly features include a temporary stairgate which you can fit yourselves. A high chair, a travel cot, children's cutlery and plates and an ample, secure, garden away from the road for children to play in. Nearby towns to explore inclue Cromer and Norwich. Both full of history and things to do. For those bringing dogs there are plenty of local footpaths nearby to walk your furry friend, including one directly opposite the cottage. You can even walk straight to the beach and grab some fish and chips whilst your dog has fun in the sand. Plenty of the local restaurants and pubs are dog friendly. Other things to note *Parking* The driveway to the cottage is narrow, I advise people to park at the bottom of the drive rather than drive up towards the house to avoid scratching your car. Small cars may fit but this is to be done at your own risk. Please note that we accept no liability for any damage to vehicles or any other property during your stay.
