The villa is designed to be self-contained. Daily housekeeping is provided by Fabienne, who can also prepare local dishes upon request and operate the washing machine for your convenience (arrangements made directly with her). Other things to note • Housekeeper: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays) • Residential neighborhood; the villa is located on higher ground and the access road runs directly in front of the house, so traffic noise may be noticeable, especially at certain times of the day • A car is recommended to get around the island easily • Vehicle rental (pick-up) available upon request; rates to be agreed directly with the host Capacity, supplements & discounts: • Base rate includes up to 4 guests • Extra charge applies from the 5th guest (maximum 6 guests) • A cleaning fee is applied per stay to ensure the house is clean and welcoming for every arrival • Discount for stays of 7 nights or more • Special discount for long-term stays (30 nights or more) Cancellation policies: • Moderate cancellation policy for most of the year • Firm cancellation policy from December 15 to January 10 • Firm Long-Term policy for stays of 30 nights or more: full refund up to 30 days before check-in; after that, the first 30 nights are non-refundable
