My place is close (7 minute walk/500m) to Tyrone Road Bay Beach and the Blairgowrie Shops (20 minute walk / 1.2km). You’ll love my place because of The Outdoor Entertaining in the Beautiful Garden. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups. The space Anthony is a beautifully renovated classic, cosy, Mornington Peninsula beach house. It has four bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and off street parking for 7 cars plus a small garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave oven and everything else you need to cater for your family or group. Outside is a large undercover entertaining area that seats 12 with ease, overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard which has a northerly aspect to capture the best sun of the day. Additionally this area is equipped with a full set of café blinds and an electric heater for cooler evenings. Two further outdoor seating/dining areas, one front and one rear, give guests maximum flexibility. The back yard is fenced and fully self-contained, making it exceptionally well suited for children to play safely. Pets are welcome but must be well behaved. The property is heated and cooled by three modern split system air conditioners and the lounge has a TV. Master Bedroom – 1 x queen size bed, built in robe, en suite bathroom including a full size bath Bedroom 2 – 1 x double bed with a single bunk above, plus an additional single bed and a trundle bed Bedroom 3 – 1 x queen size bed, built in robe Bedroom 4 – opens onto the entertaining area, and has 2 sets of upper/lower bunk beds with a trundle bed stored underneath to give a total of 5 single beds available In total the property sleeps up to 12. Note a children's high chair and a cot are available upon request. -Boating Facilities - The local Tyrone Road Boat Ramp is only 2 minutes away, and the fully featured deep ramps at the Rye launching area are a mere 5 minute drive if you have a larger vessel. The property has two driveways. Both are easy to back a boat into and, being a court, there is little traffic to contend with. In addition to driveway parking there is a small lock up garage suitable for a jet ski, a small boat (up to 4.8m in total length) or to lock up your equipment. An outdoor tap and hose are provided for engine flushing. Guest access The whole house and yard will be yours for the duration of your stay.
