Our fully equipped apartment takes prime position to witness the longest and the most stunning views and sunsets at Herceg-Novi Riviera, the entrance to Kotor Bay. The space Just 5km from Herceg Novi centre, Kumbor offers many small beaches, beach bars and restaurants and cafes to enjoy in summer. Supermarket and specialty stores also along Kumbor beachside. Also a perfect position for off season travel around Montenegro, offering endless possibilities for trips by boat around the Boka Kotorska and other many other popular day trips. We will happily share with you our in depth knowledge/history of Montenegro Some helpful information about our place: - Approx 7min walk down to the beach - 10-15 walk home from the beach (due to incline) - The number 1 bus at the bottom of our street takes you straight into Herceg Novi centre for 1 euro per adult (ride 3 stops) - We plant organic fruit and vegetables all year around which guests can help themselves to - Bottles of homemade/domestic wine (10eur) and brandy (15eur) also available during your stay Other services/day trips we will happily provide: - Airport transfers: 60eur to or from Tivat, 80eur to or from Dubrovnik, 100eur to or from Podgorica - Trip to the mountains (Durmitor) 120e and rafting on Tara River 150 eur - Day trip to Kotor Bay (by boat) 100eur - Lovcen-Cetinje National Park 100eur - Skadar Lake 80eur - Monastery Ostrog 100eur - Orjen Mountain off road 150eur - Blue Grotto 100eur Important note - tourist tax is 1 eur per person per day and payable to host during your stay. We’d love to host you during your visit to Montenegro! Guest access The apartment is situated above our residence but it is very private with side staircase access. We will meet you on arrival and you can also park your car on the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTICE AND READ BEFORE BOOKING !!! - HOUSE IS LOCATED 6-7 MINUTES TO THE SEA BY WALK WHEN GOING DOWN TO THE SEA AND 10-15 WHEN GOING BACK BECAUSE ITS UPHILL . ALSO THE ROAD HAS SOME TURNINGS AND CAN BE HARD FOR BEGINNER DRIVERS. NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS BUT CAN BE IF YOU ARE IN GOOD CONDITION :) - THE TERRACE OF THE APARTMENT IS SHARED WITH ANOTHER APARTMENT , BUT ITS BIG AND DOESNT MAKE ANY PROBLEM -PETS ARE CHARGED 10€ DAILY - TOURIST TAX NEED TO BE PAYED AND WE NEED TO TAKE YOU PASSPORTS TO REGISTER , ITS THE RULE OF THE REPUBLIC MONTENEGRO - YOU ARE WELCOME TO OUR APARTMENT AND TERRACE TO WITNESS THE PANORAMIC , BEAUTIFUL VIEW ON ENTRANCE OF BOKA BAY, WE WILL HAPPILY PROVIDE YOU ALL INFORMATION AND WE ARE EXCITED TO MEET NEW PEOPLE.
