Cala Piccola is at the foot of a hill that descends almost to the sea; you just have to swim! The space The apartment is on two floors: 1) floor K, bathroom with shower, living room and living terrace; 2) double bedroom floor with terrace, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning in all rooms. A sun terrace outside the apartment can be reached with a few steps. The apartment is equipped with wifi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The parking space for a sedan is shared with another condominium (basically two cars in a row on the left side of the parking lot; whoever is behind must leave the keys in the car to allow it to be moved; never had any problems in 20 years of experience). Guest access The apartment is about 85 square meters inside plus the terraces. From the parking lot, you have to go down two flights of stairs to get to the entrance of the house. The washing machine is located in the closet outside the apartment, where the two gas cylinders are also located. The apartment is equipped with a standard electrical system, with life-saving switches near the front door and a central meter (located in the door to the right of the cabinet at the entrance, behind a wooden panel); the system has 4.5 kW available. Other things to note Cala Piccola is an area located on the coast of the Municipality of Monteargentario and is located about 7 km from Porto Santo Stefano. From the port you can reach the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. In Porto Santo Stefano you can find all kinds of necessities. The nearest hospital is in Orbetello, about 20 km from Cala Piccola.
