It is a house located almost in the center of Sant Feliu: 5 minutes walk from the center with shops and restaurants, sports pavilion and municipal swimming pool. 10 minutes walk from the beach. Free public parking within 2 minutes walk. Ideal to enjoy a few days near the beach and in peace. The space It is a double room, very spacious, bright, with a terrace and it is on the first floor, therefore, you have to climb stairs to access it. The bathroom is shared and is on the ground floor. Semi-reformed old house, high ceilings, hydraulic floors. The room faces the street, there is little traffic but a car may pass at night. If you have mobility problems, I do not recommend coming, the stairs are old and could be difficult to go upstairs Guest access All common areas are available to the guest. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, washing machine and patio. In the kitchen you will find the utensils and spices needed for cooking. The washing machine can be used.
