Brand new apartment near the sea

My place is close to the city center, the sea, public transportation, and nightlife. You'll love my place for these reasons: It's a brand new and well-kept apartment. Very convenient because it is close to both the sea (only 10 minutes) and the city center. It is part of a condominium consisting of four buildings that make up a residence with a lot of greenery and outdoor space. My place is suitable for families or couples but also for 3 or 4 friends, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
