Private Backyard Bungalow w/Separate Entrance

The Bungalow is a 450 sq. ft. Studio w/Private Entrance and No Shared Space located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED!! The space The BUNGALOW is more like a master bedroom or hotel suite mainly because it doesn't have a full kitchen, but it does have a smaller refrigerator/freezer and microwave. There is no closet for storage just a lot of hooks to hang stuff on. It does have its own private entrance and a quiet location in our backyard. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED! Guest access This guest studio is all yours, walk from the street, along the West side the house to backyard to your own private entry at night time, motion sensors will light the way! It is approximately 450 sq. ft. in size, the walk from the street to unit is a completely paved flat walkway. Other things to note Because we don't have a full kitchen and storage space in the Bungalow, its not the best fit for longer term stays so please consider carefully before booking 14 days or more. We do not allow any outside cooking units like hot plates in the unit. No smoking or pets allowed on property.
