Vacation house - Magdalena

Vacation house Magdalena is more than 150 years old lady with her interior renovated in 2016. Placed in heart of the old town, with only 2 min. walk to the sea side and 15 minuteswalk to the nearest pebble beach, It has a big city view terrace where you can simply sit any relax with your favorite cup of coffee early in the morning or even to take lunch under a sun shade. The space The property has two floors of which there is also a basement for private purpose. The apartment entrance is on the first floor where you enter directly into a living room (and kitchen). Bathroom is also on a first floor together with an exit to the terrace area. The house is aprox 30m2 per floor, terrace area aprox 25m2. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with queen size bed ( 160x200) , 1 smaller bedroom with one bed (90x200), and open anteroom with one bed( 90x200). Kitchen does not provide a dishwasher but it is fully equipped with all other essentials. Parking area is available and it is right under the terrace in a shade. Please note that the house is located in very quiet area with city view thus parties nor loud music are not allowed. The entrance door are a bit smaller (aprox 175cm) hence please be cautious not to bump your head😊 We are excited to host you in our humble but charming old lady :) Other things to note Security deposit of Euro 200,00 is requested to be sent via Revolut 72hrs prior to guests arrival. The account is sent to the guest in a message. During their stay guests are obliged to take care of the house with a due dilligence and to keep the house tidy and clean with no food leftovers. Deposit is returned in a same manner, following the house inspection, within 72 hrs of your departure.
