Spacious 8BR house with private pool

My place is an 8BR villa overlooking Boracay white beach and can accommodate up to 20 people although the price mentioned is for 16. Located in Hagdan, Yapak which is north of the island. The house has 8BR , 9 bathrooms and a 20 metre infinity saltwater swimming pool. It comes with staff and includes a driver and helpers. Perfect for reunions and celebrations! We are nearby wedding venues so you can book your guests with us. The space We are DOT accredited accommodation- Margaretta Villa. We have 8 bedrooms with total 10 beds . The price listed is good up to 16 people. Extra person we are charging Php1000 per person per night. Ideally we can accommodate up to 20 people. Our house has three levels, first level is where the living area, kitchen, dining area, tv room and one bedroom. Outside is the pool area. There is a separate bedroom located outside the house where the pool area is. On the second level are five bedrooms. The third level is where the master bedroom is. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuite bathrooms, with tv and wifi. However please note wifi inside the rooms can be low signal. Strongest wifi signal is at the living area. We have 20meter swimming pool. It comes with cleaning staff and driver. They can help you with shopping and washing up. They can also cook for you with cooking charge. The van is at your disposal but there will be charge for use after 10pm. Guest access The place is yours during your stay. Other things to note We are located in Diniwid hills Hagdan Yapak Boracay Island north part of the island about 25 minutes away from boracay port! -We are not beachfront. -10 minutes ride from Citymall where you can find sm supermarket, bdo bank/atm, watson, fast food like jollibee mang inasal and chowking, 7/11, ace hardware. -15minutes ride to station1 /whitebeach -Nearest beach is diniwid beach 10minutes away down the 200 Steps from the house Or can use the van to get there.
