Loft in Paris
Description
My place is close to Rue Montorgueil, Musée du Louvre, Le Centre Pompidou, Le quartier du Marais, Notre Dame, le Palais royal, la rue st Anne 5 minutes from Les Halles (RER A, B, D) and metro station (line 1, 3, 4, 11, 14). You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the tranquility, the beautiful 17th century building, the beautiful ceiling height, the proximity to many shops, bars and restaurants. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. The space My apartment is a small studio (36 m²) with a mezzanine and a very high ceiling. Located in the center of Paris in a magnificent 17th century mansion, very well connected by Parisian transport. The neighborhood is extremely commercial and very lively. On foot you can reach many Parisian tourist sites as well as major museums such as the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay or the Picasso Museum. A hammam only for women is at the foot of the building. One essential thing, the apartment is a smoking apartment, so guests are allowed to smoke at the window. Despite good ventilation, people sensitive to the smell of smoke are requested to refrain from booking. Lately I have received several people sensitive to the smell of cigarettes who were inconvenienced. These remarks appear on my listing when it is clearly written that it is a place to stay where smoking is allowed at the window. I live in this apartment and only rent it 4 months a year, so it is filled with objects and decorated and is therefore not impersonal. Some people may feel uncomfortable, I recommend that they rent a hotel or an uninhabited Airbnb instead. Other things to note It is allowed to smoke in my flat, i just ask to the guests to try to smoke at the window. So it could happens that for allergic people it smells smoke even if it is well ventilated. So i don't recommend my flat if you are to sensitive or allergic to cigarettes.
