Sea n' Sol Apartments , Standard apartment 3-11

The apartment is located at the third floor of Sea n' Sol Residence. Guests can relax at the large balconies with the beautiful and quiet bay view. My place is around 15 minutes walk to the city center, public transport, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the light, quietness, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The space The apartment is divided into two main spaces, the 2 bedrooms and the living area which has the kitchen, dining and living room. There is 1 bathroom in the corridor. The air conditioner is only in the living room because it is usually not needed. For the bedrooms we install a fan if required. The apartment also has 2 balconies with dimensions 4x2.8 m. The total area of the apartment is 100 m2. Guest access Neighborhood: The neighborhood is a simple residential area near the fishermen port with very good and cheap taverns, groceries and different stores. We are very close to the sea, only 5 minutes (walking) away from the first beach, all the beaches continue in a row. The city has two main public beaches, a sandy beach and a rocky beach with large white tiles located 10-15 minutes walk. Near the facility there is also a small petrol station. Parking: We have 3 parking places in front of the building and also free parking on the street. Even in high season parking is free. Other things to note The residence is a white 7-storey building with marble stairs at the entrance and decorative trees in front. The ground floor has a service function and the upper floors have a residential function. So the floor number you have to type in the elevator is the one listed at the end of the apartment name. For example "Sea n 'Sol Apartments Saranda, City View, 5-21" - Nr. 5 in the elevator or 6 floors if you prefer to climb the stairs. Each apartment has the corresponding number above the door.
