Guest access Guests can use the whole apartment. Other things to note We would just like to briefly mention the heating and hot water system in the apartment: Our hot water is heated by a gas boiler. The flue gases are vented via the chimney onto the roof. In very hot weather, when temperatures exceed 30 degrees, the chimney may not function properly due to the higher air pressure. The boiler is fitted with a safety shut-off mechanism that activates if the flue gases become trapped in the chimney. Usually, the gas boiler starts working again straight away in the evening when it cools down outside, and the hot water will flow once more. Restarting the boiler can also resolve the issue immediately.
