The space The space is approximately 24 square meters. It has a bedroom and a common room. It can comfortably accomodate 2-3 individuals. Guest access Guests may access the swimming pools, the gym, the bridge way to SM North Edsa, among others. POOL CAN BE USED DURING WEEKDAYS ONLY. Other things to note The gym and swimming pool are accessible to guests for a reasonable fee of 150 per head per day. POOL AND GYM CAN BE USED DURING WEEKDAYS ONLY. Payment will be made in the SMDC The Grass Residences Admin Office. The use of these amenities is controlled by SMDC itself.
