A cozy but Not a minimalist shared apt. most people like my place, it is like being at home and NOT like a hotel. Live With a teacher, so books and papers. Except in the summer. Close to local restaurants & parks: Irene et Bernard, MLK and Battignolles Parks, grocery stores. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, and the coziness. good for solo adventurers. Not tourists. Buses: 66, 74, 54, 31, tram, RER C, METRO lines 13, 14. The entire three rooms and two bedroom apt is furnished. There is one semi private room because the rooms are interconnected and the person in the far room must go through one to get to the other. But it is not a problem because the floors do not squeak and there is a room divider. Room available for one person per room. It is a three roomed apt with full southern exposure, a view of the Eiffel Tower, wooden floors( so bring your slippers because shoes add to the outside dirt), internet/ wifi, flat screen tv, washer, kitchen, elevator, lots of light, full Kitchen, with living area and separate bath and toilet facilities. Nice cozy apt for someone who wants to share the apt. Space without being on top of one another. Linens are included. Towels and sheets can be changed as you want. Sheets in the bottom drawer and towels in the bathroom We have a lovely courtyard and the place is near nice places to walk and to go and visit. Place de Clichy, Montmartre, La Defense, Champs Elysees, Opera and St Lazare are not far. 3 Parks are within 5-9 minute walk. Transportation (buses, RER, metro) is nearby and runs everyday. Some nice local places to eat or hang out. Swimming pool is one block away. Buses: 66, 31, 54, 74. Metros line 13, 14, Tram line as well. I teach English and so I tend to be very busy and there are many books around the apt and sometimes papers when I work at home Sept-June. there are the odd dinner parties from time to time. I am American but speak French most of the time and know mostly Europeans. there is a deposit and a cleaning fee. Deb Guest access you can access all common rooms of the place. All alcohol is OFF LIMITS. Freezer is Off limits to guests. You must buy your food and there is a shelf in the fridge for you. Please no stockage of food in the rooms. During your stay I will interact as much as possible but at times am very busy. I cannot be your tour guide but can give recommendations as needed. Other things to note I just expect people to be as if they are in someone else's space and to take care. Clean up after yourself, participate in conversation, ask if you do not know. It is a lived in space. If something goes wrong or breaks please notify me. Some people break things and then I discover it later. It is not a hotel nor treated like a hotel. THERE IS HOT WATER BUT DO NOT KNOW WHY IT SHOWS THE OPPOSITE, SORRY
