Beachfront Villa with Private Garden

The Villa is located at the beach front of a private tropical village (which consists of 6 villas and communal pool ). The area is known for its' clean beach and fascinating sunsets. The villa offers a convenient stay: air-conditioned living room, 3 bedrooms with a/c & 1 small single bedroom with fan, kitchen (fridge & microwave), IPTV 600 channels , Fiber WiFi 100/50 Mbps,open wooden terrace & a private garden. Security-man guards the village. A 7/11 as well as restaurants in 10 min walk. The space The house is entirely made of teak wood in the traditional Thai style, and the interiors are modernised and kept up to the European standards (aircons, electric stove, Fiber WiFi 300/150 Mbps, IPTV 600 channels, etc). Towels and linen enough available. Cleaning two times a week (2x/week) provided. First aid kit available. All bedrooms on the ground floor have mosquito nets on the windows. On the second floor all beds (including beds for young children) have separate mosquito nets. The house stands within a community of 6 Villas on Bang Por beach (north of Koh Samui island); the village itself is shielded with palm and bamboo trees, as well as lush bushes and tropical plants and flowers. From the terrace of the Villa you will enjoy the view on the ocean and on the neighbouring island Koh Phanghan. The Villa is being regularly cleaned, the village is well maintained by gardeners and a pool man, and a night guard patrols the village. Nearby you will find grocery stores such as local fruit shops or a 7/11; as well as restaurants by the beach or by the road; which all serve tasty food for reasonable prices. There is a gym 30 metres away from the village. You might take a long beach walk during sunset, and encounter on your way a swing that is attached to a luscious tree; and maybe stay here for the fascinating sunset. At the end of the beach you will encounter a reggae beach bar and might decide to stay there for some unforgettable and peaceful time as the sea waves gently hit the shore. The island is famous for it’s evening walking street markets, where you can get some food, Thai traditional souvenirs, as well as clothes. When you get tired walking, you might easily find a bar or a restaurant to relax at. You might also decide to take tour guides to a nearby Marine park, as well as the neighbouring island Koh Phanghan. The pool in the village is exclusively open for our guests and the water is treated with chlorine to kill germs.
