Central Harbor Loft

Historic loft in Hvar harbour, peaceful and gently elevated above the waterfront. Reached via a stone family house, inner courtyard and a large garden. Panoramic views over the harbour, old town, Fortica fortress and the historic theatre. Central location, yet slightly removed from the promenade noise. Ideal for couples who value calm, privacy and an authentic island atmosphere. The loft is reserved exclusively for its guests, ensuring a peaceful stay. The space The loft opens onto a quiet Mediterranean garden with mandarin, lemon and wild orange trees, herbs and climbing plants. The space is bright and airy, with views towards the harbour, the town and the inner courtyard. A garden terrace just outside the entrance offers a calm place to sit and relax. A few resident turtles live quietly in the garden, adding to its gentle, natural rhythm. Other things to note This is a lived-in family property dating back to the mid-19th century. Part of my family lives on the lower floor of the house, while I stay in a small separate space in the garden. Access to the loft is through the main courtyard entrance, followed by garden steps leading up to the first-floor loft. The garden and terrace are shared areas, and brief encounters are possible, but privacy and personal space are always respected.
