The space Sunny apartment includes the entire upper floor of a two-family house. On the ground floor and attic we live hosts. The whole house is smoke-free. We ask for strict observance. The apartment has bathroom and kitchen. Living room and bedroom are one (1) big room with up to 4 sleeping places. Towels and bed linen are provided. The kitchen has stove, dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, toaster and food processor with whisk. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a hairdryer (in the mirrored cabinet). In the loft room there is TV, DVD player, Dolby surround sound, WiFi and LAN. The round wooden table with 4 wooden chairs is also suitable as a workplace with LAN (up to 1000 MBit/s) as well as WLAN. A leather armchair, a leather sofa bed and antique closet complete the cozy picture. For sleeping there are two stackable beds as well as the sofa bed (max 2 persons). A 14m² south-facing balcony with garden furniture belongs to the apartment. You can park your car on the street. It is a quiet residential area, please be considerate accordingly. We are happy about all guests who appreciate a vacation apartment and leave it exactly as they found it ("broom clean", dishes back in the cupboard, trash can emptied). The cleaning fee covers disinfection, damp mopping and window cleaning. Guest access We like to welcome our guests personally. If that is not possible, we have a key safe at the entrance of the house. You will receive a four-digit code to open it. Inside you will find an electronic key. With it you can open the front door and the apartment door. Other things to note This is a pure non-smoking apartment. In the bathroom we have a toilet, no urinal. For additional cleaning (removal of butts, nicotine smell, garbage, coarse dirt, urine traces, etc.) we charge a fee of € 50.00. We recommend that smokers book another apartment.
