The “Diaz Holiday home” is right in the heart of Syracuse, just 1.3 kilometers, more or less 10 minutes' walk from the Archaeological Park of Neapolis and 850 meters, 10 minutes’ walk from Ortigia. Diaz Holiday home, an apartment completely renovated, has a large dining area, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, three bedrooms with bathrooms inside, except for the cyclists room where the bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment. The space In the Diaz Holiday home, an apartment located in an old building of the 1940s, completely renovated preserving the original antique floors, with high vault ceilings, decorated in a simple modern style, you can relax in the large dining area, equipped with TV, two windows / balcony, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a table where you can enjoy your meals. Adjacent to the dining room, separated by a sliding door, is the kitchen with all the necessary equipment: oven, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, kettle and a storage closet where you will find a washing machine, a flatiron and a board iron. Moving on to the bedrooms, each of which has a different style, there are: - The bedroom "Cyclists", equipped with two beds ,that can be joined to become a single double bed , a wardrobe, a large bright window, a desk and chair. The private bathroom with large shower is located in the hallway of the apartment; - The room "Vinyl", equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a large bright window, a desk, a chair and a lovely bathroom with a large shower; - The room "Times", equipped with a double bed, balcony on the inner yard of the building, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a dresser, a walk- in closet and a lovely bathroom with large shower. All rooms have air conditioning that can work as a heat pump in winter, although, to be honest, in Syracuse it hardly gets cold.
