The accommodation has a very convenient location. Within a walking distance there is the BATUMI CENTRAL railway station, bus and taxi stops (both towards the city center and towards the Green Cape, Botanical Garden), the sea and the beach. There are many shops, supermarkets, bakeries and pastry shops nearby, a small market of vegetables and fruits straight from the villages. Golden Fish Restaurant, Bela Costa Restaurant, beach cafe (very tasty and inexpensive). There is a children's playground and free parking in the courtyard!!! The space The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a 9-storey building, the balcony has a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and the city center. There is no air like in our neighborhood anywhere in Batumi. In the heat, there is always a breeze and in the evening sitting in the courtyard of the house you can refresh and relax. There are no mosquitoes. No noise from concerts and nightclubs. The apartment has a powerful Wi-Fi (suitable for working on the Internet) and a smart TV on which you can watch your favorite movies and programs for free at any time. On the balcony you can sit with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, enjoying the view of the mountains, the sea and mysterious sunsets!!!
