Discard trash in Dumpster around corner of Unit 1 2. Laundry services on premises, behind office. It is paid by quarters. 3. 7 Eleven is about a 2 minute walk from unit. 4. We provide towels, but we do not refill these. You will need to wash towels if you are staying long. Same for bed sheets: you need to wash it if you are staying long, as we do not offer room service. Washing towels and bed sheets are up to the discretion of the guest. 5. We do not provide room service. 6. You need the keyfob to enter and exit pool. Please do not lose them as there’s a $100.00 fee to replace them. 7. Only one parking spot available on premises. Park in spot #6, otherwise you will get towed by maintenance. 8. No basic cable. Options are: Hulu, Amazon Fire Box, Netflix, Youtube, Channel Apps. Guests can use their paid subscriptions to log into system.
