Queens Apt (bedroom w balcony), close to subway

Furnished bedroom with a full size bed, closet and dresser , shared bathroom, dinning and living room. Located a block and a half from Subway M,R line 25 min to Manhattan. Very convenient to go to JFK and LGA airports. Lots of shops and nearby cafes. Safe neighborhood. I speak Spanish and English. Room in apt (2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) The space The apartment is kept in great condition , clean and comfortable; guests have acces to open kitchen, dinning and livingroom. and very important very easy access to public transportation (subway station, buses and taxi cabs, 24 hours) Guest access Kitchen and living room. During your stay I live in the apartment and I go to work in diferent schedules, but I make myself available to guests requirements if necesary as well as to have some interaction .
