The house is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX There is a bus station in front of the complex. It takes 5 minuts to reach PEREYBERE or 10 minutes to reach GRAND-BAIE and its shopping malls, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques. At 11 am fresh fish can usually be purchased on the beach in front of Kenville. The house is 80 m² large. The terrace has a nice private corner, not far from the pool. It is furnished for 1-4 people. Ground Floor: kitchen, living/dining room, terrace, 1 WC. Parking behind the house. 1st floor: 1 bedroom facing garden with 1 double bed, A/C and balcony. 1 Bedroom facing mountains with 2 single beds, A/C; 1 bathroom with toilet. (the beds can be joined together). A dedicated and pleasant housekeeper / cook will be present from Monday to Saturday mornings from 9 a.m to 1.30 p.m to see to your comfort, except on public holidays. She attends to the house and guest laundry and to the house cleaning.She will prepare your lunch or dinner in advance. She will not do the purchases. Her services are included in the price. As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to her would be welcomed on departure. Babysitting possible on request (not included) W.I.F.I INTERNET is free. Bring your own laptop. Not far from the complexe you will find a diving-center. Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing, are easily available in GRAND-BAIE. Tennis is also available at CASUARINA hotel in TROU-AUX-BICHES. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day / evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 30 minutes away. We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire. Prices includes also: Housemaid, Cook, Electricity water and taxes.
