Just a short walk away, you'll find Budva's main attractions: the Old Town, the seaside promenade, and popular public beaches, all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Suitable for up to 3 guests, our apartment provides the perfect central base for your stay. My co-host Ivan and I love the art of hosting and are excited to welcome you to Budva and Montenegro!🤗 The space The apartment is at the top location in the center of Budva. This ideal location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore a walkable and pedestrian-friendly town, without the need for taxis or buses. Despite its central position, the neighborhood is quiet and perfectly safe. It is primarily a residential area, though some of the prime conveniences like a major bank, ATM and small kiosks are just 30 meters from the building. Notably, at ours guests can enjoy complete privacy, as the apartment is entirely private with no shared spaces or amenities. The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the historic Old Town of Budva. Public beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, shopping malls, boutiques, and banks - are all within a 3- to 7-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is one-bedroom. It has about 40 square meters of living area. This includes a small private terrace. The apartment can accommodate 3 people ( maximum). We however do not accept groups with more than 3 people, due to the space size and comfort of guests. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and it has free high-speed WIFI. The apartment is on the second floor in a stairs-only building/no elevator. The building is clean, well-kept, and modern. A comfortable interior makes the apartment neat, relaxing, and cozy. Detailed description: The living room has a new couch purchased in July 2024. This couch is foldable so it can be easily transformed to provide extra sleeping convenience. Please note that the listing photos show the old couch, but guests will have the comfort of the new one. Other features in the living room include: flat-screen TV with cable channels and a compact dining area. The living room is air-conditioned, which cools the entire space. The kitchen has some newer appliances and is well equipped, so you can prepare your own meals. It has a small fridge with a freezer, a small electric stove, a microwave, many plates and glasses, cooking pots, and other kitchen utensils and supplies. In the kitchen we also have a new extractor fan for better ventilation (July 2024). Please note that there is no dishwasher or oven. The bedroom has cozy queen-size bed (double bed) suitable for two persons (140×200). The pillows and fresh cotton bed linen are provided. The bedroom is quiet as there's no traffic noise. Bed opens for extra storage where you can place your luggage. We don't have another AC in the bedroom, but with an open door the AC from the living room should be enough to cool the entire space. The bathroom is fully equipped, and it includes many necessities, from a shower to a hairdryer. It has a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are provided. You can also relax on the small private balcony, which has folding chairs and a table and overlooks the courtyard and neighboring residences. The unit is professionally cleaned between guests. Of course, clean and fresh bedsheets and towels are provided for each guest. We can provide extra towels upon request. Our apartment is a holiday home and is rented out to vacation travelers. We don't rent out for longer stays. No commercial use of the apartment is permitted. In the center of Budva, a car is not necessary—it's a pedestrian-friendly town with many walking paths and promenades. When you stay in Budva center, everything is easy to reach by walking; no need for pricy cabs or public buses. Please note that we do not provide parking for guests, and there is no free street parking nearby the apartment. There are only paid parking options nearby. If you are coming by car, please declare this during the boooking. We can, accordingly, inform you to abiut the options for where you can park. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself—there are no shared rooms or common spaces, ensuring your full privacy. When you arrive, we will welcome you into the apartment and show you the place. During your stay, we will be available for support and help. We do not live on the property, and guests have complete privacy. However, we are close enough in case you require anything. For any questions or assistance, please feel free to reach us via Airbnb chat. Other things to note Budva is a relatively small town, and from our location it's easy to walk everywhere. The town has many nice areas to walk, including quiet streets in the Old Town and paths by the beach. From where we are, we don't need a car or buses to get around. For more spacious sandy beaches outside Budva, it's common to use local buses, which conveniently have a stop at the local bus stop called Olympia, just outside the apartment where you'll be staying. Driving a car can be hectic in Budva, especially in high season, so we don't recommend our guests come with a car. IMPORTANT NOTE: We don't provide any kind of free parking for guests. In fact, free street parking may be very hard to find in Budva, especially during the summer season. There's paid public parking in close proximity to our apartment, which charges parking per hour. We typically host 2 to 3 guests in the apartment. We usually do not accept groups of four, including children and infants. Although our Airbnb profile indicates a possible extra guest for 25 euros per day, we rarely accommodate more than three. This is to make sure guests have enough comfort and space during their stay. Thus, we can only accommodate the number of guests listed in the original booking request and cannot accept additional guests later on. As our listing and photos show, we offer a clean, comfortable space, but it's not a luxury property. We have some newer appliances and furniture but also retain some of the older ones. The apartment is not fully renovated and may have some wear and tear. It’s a cozy place for a nice stay and holiday. We are a dedicated two-person team managing this apartment. We take pride in keeping everything neat and welcoming. When needed, we're happy to assist. As locals in Montenegro and Budva, we’re excited to share the area's beauty and charm. Guest Policy Summary -Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability; please request in advance. -Cleaning is included once before your arrival, following Airbnb standards. -Third-party bookings are not accepted unless booked by a company for employees. -All cancellations must be processed through Airbnb. -We usually host guests with positive Airbnb reviews; exceptions for new guests may be considered. -No security deposit is required, but guests should report any damages or losses. -The apartment is intended for short-term vacation stays only. -Commercial or business use is prohibited to comply with local regulations.
