We are centrally located in the heart of Nice, we are very close to the train station, only 5 minutes a walk and about 10 minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais and beaches. Our rooms are comfortable, clean, safe and perfect place to relax. All the rooms have air condition and free lockers box for your valuables. Linen are included in the room rate. We do not provide breakfast, but we are located in the middle of a shopping street with a choice of cafes and restaurants. Key deposit - 20 euros, payable upon check-in. It will be refunded when the keys are returned during check-out. There is LOCKOUT TIME from 11:00 - 14:00, during which we clean the rooms. Other things to note We do not have 24 hours reception: 08h30 – 22h00
