Very clean, spacious, peaceful, quiet, and full of character. Built in 1908: Private front porch 2 private rooms (bedroom, parlor) & private bath. This historic home takes you back in time- all the modern amenities. Shared fire pit out back, outdoor dining with chiminea. Special $ for medical & students & travelers Parking is easy. To find our driveway, landmarks are a high hedge and the black mailbox with a train topper. Slowly pull down the the black top driveway through the beautiful foliage archway. Your private front porch entrance opens into your private parlor. Your comfy, cozy bedroom is to the left. You have a private bathroom with two sinks, lots of storage, shower and soaking tub. You may share the kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch. We have everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay! Fully furnished. If you enjoy being surrounded by antiques, you’ll love it here. Our home is not renovated. All efforts have been made to keep the original state. I do enjoy showing new guests around Norcross. I work quite a bit yet would enjoy sharing limited time to walk with you into the downtown area. The Doraville Marta station is a quick Uber or Lyft ride away and gives you full access to Atlanta. Please no additional overnight guests are permitted as this is my residence and I respect privacy and safety for me and my guests. Thank you in advance. We have a peaceful, serene and safe residential neighborhood. A wonderful park, Thrasher Park, located two blocks away. It is a wonderful area to relax. If you enjoy trains you can see them pass while in the park. Stroll our neighborhood and enjoy the historic homes. Great family restaurants, coffee shop and shopping in the downtown area within four blocks. Walking is the most fun mode of transportation here. Uber and Lyft are easily accessed here. MARTA schedules are easy to learn if you enjoy bus and train transportation. The MARTA train is only $12.00 by LYFT giving you full access to Atlanta and all it has to offer. I enjoy sharing my home with professionals, faculty, medical travelers and students of Mercer & GSU- Dunwoody. I have a quiet environment and I keep it peaceful. Regarding Covid: I've been vaccinated and boosted. I ask that you be vaccinated and boosted too in efforts to keep us safe. I keep windows open often so ventilation is pretty constant. The living spaces a very separate so you will have privacy and safety too.
