Your True Paradise with Seaview 1, 2 & 3

My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The property is placed in natural surroundings (natural park with great view to the sea and vineyards along with olive plantation over the hill side). The space Architecturally designed house with 4 apartments on hillside with Seaview. Suited in the nature, it is a genuinely lovely space to be and relax. It is typical gated coastal house with 3 large terraces built with intention to feel the nature and enjoy coastal adventures. The house has modern extension and is fully furnished. The lower level apartment is private that our family use on weekly basis. Each of the 3 upper level apartments is for 2 persons only, has its own fully equipped kitchen with double bed in the same room, and bathroom with shower. Two apartments have exit to the shared large terrace from which you can access the roof terrace. The third apartment (the one without the exit to terrace) has instead one extra single bed that can be used for the extra person, meaning 3 persons can use apartment. You will be provided with clean towels. If you have any special requests, I can try accommodate if told in advance of arrival. Guest access Your True Paradise with Seaview 1, 2 & 3 offers you the whole floor of the house, all 3 apartments with 2 apartments that have access to upper two terraces. You’ll have access to the property gate, main upper house entrance through which you will enter one of 3 apartments. They are all at the same level, share the same corridor. Downstairs you will have additional clean towels and bedsheets. On the property you can use swimming pool (from around mid May), main terrace in the lower level, swing and table tennis. Each apartment has one parking space. Each apartment has its own kitchen where you can even find a dishwasher – I’ll show you how it works. The house is no smoking but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. We live in another city, but use this house on a weekly basis as a few days getaway. Other things to note You will have some friendly comforts provided for your stay, including the usual towels and shampoos. The house has outside cameras, two cameras in the stair way and corridor. They are used for protection of the property. There is 90 EUR cleaning fee. There is 700 EUR security deposit.
