This 210 square meter (2260 sq. ft.) 60s apartment is 10 minutes by metro from the downtown and 20 minutes from the airport. The space A spacious and bright apartment located in the charming Avenidas Novas neighborhood, known for its wide, flat streets and elegant atmosphere. 8th floor with elevator, Apartment layout: - 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed (160x200 / 63"x79") and 2 single beds 90x200/ 35x79”), - 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom and a second with a very compact shower tray). - huge open plan living room and dining area, - Front balcony with 15m2 (161 sq. ft) - 2 sunrooms in the back (one works as a laundry area). - The kitchen is original to the building but fully functional and well-equipped. A washing machine and dishwasher are located in the enclosed balcony adjacent to the kitchen. -3 AC units are installed to provide both heating and cooling — one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Although the bathrooms were renovated about 15 years ago, this retro apartment—originally built in the 1967s—still reflects its luxury heritage, featuring high-quality materials such as Viúva Lamego tiles and German engineering. However, please keep in mind that the property is located on a main avenue in the city (it is impossible for there to be no noise on the balcony). CHILDREN: the apartment is not prepared for babies and is not safe for children (gas oven and low balcony railing). Booking requests for young children may be declined. CHECK IN: Please inform us about your estimated arrival time. Our check in period is: 4pm-9pm. No exceptions for check ins after 9pm! It is possible to come after 11:30am to drop off your luggage.
