***READ ALL listing details & amenities! AC in Master bedroom ONLY. Cozy 3 bd/1ba great for traveling professionals 3 miles from hospitals, minutes from Downtown, Temple Theater, Dow Event Center, Children Zoo, Hoyt Park, Old Town etc. Cameras are installed for exterior surveillance, interior video is not captured. Please, DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS. ALL TRAVELERS/GUESTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION. This is not the place for you if you intend to have guests sleeping on the couch or floor. The space Great for traveling professionals that need a place to rest and feels like home while on the road. Centrally located in the city with spacious deck and yard. (Due to allergies unfortunately we cannot accommodate beloved pet's.) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Remove shoes upon entry. No Smoking. No open flames (candles or grilling). Bedroom 3 has Twin Day Bed with Trindle Bed (pull out bed). The garbage disposal switch is left of the sink. Towels and first- aid kit are located in the linen closet in the hall. The city picks up Rubbish/Trash on Monday's if you're occupying the property or checking out on Monday please set trash out at the curb before 9 AM Monday morning. Do not park on the lawn. No parking for large commercial vehicles/ box trucks. Guests are responsible for snow removal.
