Answer: We are very strict in selecting who can stay here, to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment. House is all female only, typical age is 20-30 years old and typical occupation is working professional (technology/banking/insurance/medical/legal) or student. FAQ-2: Are Other Rooms Occupied? Answer: All our rooms are fully occupied most of the time due to location and reasonable rate. FAQ-3: Is The Area Safe? Answer: We rent out rooms to female in this building since 2012 and no single case of incident regarding safety, this building is located next to LRT & KTM Station and a Shopping Mall, FAQ-4: The Building / Neighbor? Answer: Most of the unit here is occupied by normal family / working professionals. FAQ-5: Interaction With Other Housemates Answer: There is no difficulties in interaction with other housemates, unlike other rental house which you may encounter existing housemates set their own rules, we set the ground rules in this house thus there is nothing to argue, there is dedicated shoe rack space, kitchen cabinet space, fridge space and washer usage slot for each room. FAQ-6: Air Conditioner (AC) Usage Budget Answer: AC is billed separately (not included in rental), at MYR0.55/kwh, normally turning on AC for 1 hour consumes less than 1kwh, you can budget accordingly based on meter reading. This way ensures you get the most reasonable rental rate, and only pay for what you use. Unlike other rental house that you need to pay based on sharing basis, some other room may consume more and you may not use AC but still have to pay for other people’s usage, thus our method ensure fair treatment to everyone.
