STUDIO APARTMENT "GREEN CORNER"

Our studio is a cosy place , equipped by kitchenette, air condition, SAT/TV, wi-fi etc. It is located on the ground floor of our house .The apartment has a private terrace (16 m2) covered by an awning. Guests enjoy the view of the green garden and sea. Our guests are welcome to use our south sunny terrace which is shared with the other apartment, as well as swimming-pool. Welcome! The space House Katarina is located in Mlini, a charming village in the vicinity of Dubrovnik which is a favored place for all fans of peaceful holiday.The tradition of rent to tourists in our family has last since distant 1965. but 2011 was very special for us because we thoroughly renovated our capacities.We are very satisfied with the results of last summer and expect the same in the future. We focused on quality of interior and offer. Since we offer accomodation for only 6-8 people, it is certain that each guest will feel specially pleasant.Our apartments are situated on the groundfloor of our family house. They are surrounded by paved terraces and cultivated greenery. And this year we have enriched our offer by building a pool (3x 4 m) and a garden pavilion just near it.There are many trees in the garden which enable a refreshing breeze to blow even during the worst heat. In front of the house there is a large safe parking, illuminated by public lighting during whole night. Just near the entrance to our garden, there is a grocery-shop, which, among other things, offers fresh fruits and vegetables every day. There are two types of beaches in vicinity of us - those with finer sand in Srebreno or snow-white beaches covered with pebble in Mlini, Kupari and Plat. There is a nice promenade along the sea which connects Mlini with Srebreno and Kupari. Close to us there are several cozy restaurants offering a variety of dishes. There are different events to see during summer-evenings in Mlini - like folclore and singing performances. Tourists also watch very gladly the matches of our local water polo team. Mlini is really typical mediterranean place - peaceful and sleepy during the winter, but vivid and colorful in the summertime. Local people are mostly involved in tourism and fishing. In the local port you can hire a boat and visit and explore three small islands - Supetar, Mrkan and Bobara. There is also a regular boat-line which connects Mlini with beautiful, historic town Cavtat and Dubrovnik with its pearl, island Lokrum. Local small shippers organize day-trips ( fish.picnic) to Elafiti , archipelago in the vicinity of Dubrovnik which is well known for its natural and historic attractions. Our Studio-apartment for 2 persons (17 square m.) is a cozy place equipped by a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, ,SAT/TV, air-condition WI-FY. In front of its entrance there is a lovely private terrace (cca 12 sq.m) surrounded by greenery and covered by tent where you can sit even if it rains. Welcome! Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for parties or creating excessive noise.
