Our cozy apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and all amenities; we recently added air conditioning. It's located next to the ticket offices of São Jorge Castle, situated on a hill. Taxis can access the castle area, but Ubers or private drivers cannot. This is Lisbon's oldest neighborhood, and the building is also old, although it has been recently restored. The people in the castle are mainly locals and tourists. The atmosphere is lively during the day and quiet at night. The space NO AC, NO ELEVATOR AND THERE ARE NARROW STAIRS TO REACH THE APARTMENT. Our apartment is unique for its historic location on top of the castle hill, very close to the Castle of São Jorge and the Portas do Sol. This cozy and small home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families. Please note that you will be at the top of the hill and will have to climb stairs to the apartment. For your comfort and environmental friendliness, we also have some reusable items available. Guest access The apartment is located in the oldest neighborhood of Lisbon, the castle area, so it is high up so be prepared to climb the hill and getting to the building there are steep and narrow stairs! The entire castle neighborhood is restricted to traffic, only residents and taxis, please note that Ubers are not allowed to access this area. The nearest parking is Laurel Ground Parking, just a 10 minute walk away. Access to the entire apartment on the 2nd floor of the building, which is also the last. Other things to note IMPORTANT: READ ALL INFORMATION! Cosy Castle, not being a hotel, offers complimentary toiletries and coffee upon arrival, but we do not make purchases or replenish any products. We do not have luggage storage outside of reservation hours. We offer tours and transfers separately; please contact the host for more information and service availability.
