This is an Executive type apartment (the first floor of a 3 story home not a basement) 1500 sq ft with nine foot vaulted ceilings, walkout patio and a separate entrance, fully furnished ,Wi-Fi, TV kitchen and laudry.  Conveniently located, one mile to Dunn Loring Metro station, next to Harris Teeter Grocery, one mile to Rt. 66 and , two miles to Mosaic (Merrifield shopping center) or Tysons corner shopping centers, and . It has all the amenities for 31 night stay .No occupancy Tax !!! The space This is a one bedroom with Den ,king size bed, full size bed with TV the Den has no windows Den has a full size futon in the Den plus use of home office for extra cost Guest access Steps down on the left of thr house to Patio private entrance ,2 nd door on the right is the apartment Lited pass to entrance. parking is in the driveway on the left of the house Other things to note I am always here for my guests whatever they needs are. And please NO cats dogs under 20LB ok. I do not provide amenities for 30 days or longer.
