Howdy!! You will have your own private entrance to a private bedroom and full bath + closet in our modern townhome in a gated community! This room is connected and shares a wall with the rest of our home. There is no Kitchen. We are within walking distance from Downtown, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Stadium, George Brown Convention Center, Houston's top Bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. We are extremely close to all the essential highways which means cheap Ubers to most places! The space You will have your own private room on the 1st floor of our townhome with a private entrance. The room is private and does not have any shared spaces with us. HEADS UP!! The room is connected to our home and is NOT a separate unit. The room has a shared wall with the rest of the home and the wall does let noise in. We’ve provided a high quality white noise machine as well as earplugs to help with any noise. The room includes a full private bathroom with a full-sized bath/shower. The bed is a queen-size memory foam mattress and is extremely comfortable! The space is about the size of a small hotel room. Our close friends and brothers Dom and David live in the main part of the townhome on the 2nd and 3rd level and Dom is our on-site property host and is typically available to help with anything you may need! Your stay will include - High-speed wifi - TV with amazon fire-stick - Espresso machine - Keurig - Queen sized memory foam matress - White Noise Machine (sleep like a baby!) - Mini-fridge - Microwave - Desk (located in the closet) - Iron and Ironing board - Access to closet for shared storage space Guest access Y'all will have access to the private bedroom and bathroom shown in the photos through your own private entrance! There will be no access to the main living spaces, kitchen, etc. Other things to note There is free parking on Commerce Street (outside of our gated community). We sometimes park our cars on Commerce and have personal guests park theirs as well and we have not ran into any issues so far. However, no matter where you park in Houston, make sure to not leave any valuables in sight and always lock your doors! For more information on parking feel free to message me!
