This newly-built rustic retreat is the perfect getaway and no more than 45 minutes from Fort Wayne and an hour away from Indy. The location sits right between Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University , which is perfect for parents or family members visiting students. This unit accommodates up to 4 people, due to the memory foam mattress queen-size sofa bed by Lazyboy in the living room. For the comfort of our guests, there is a private entrance with 2 parking spaces allocated per unit. The view is spectacular on the 7 acre wooded lot, often visited by local deer. You would never guess that this gem was hidden right outside of Marion. Return from a day of visits to unwind in front of the flat-screen TV, located steps from a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy resting in a king-sized bed or the queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. The apartments have all the necessities needed for a long term stay including a washer and dryer inside the unit at no additional cost, Keurig Coffee provided complimentary, and Wifi is always customary. You will have access to the entire condo. There are Yale keypads on the entrance door and also your apartment door. You will have your own entry code to enter the apartment and then at exit, you merely push the Yale button on the keypad and it automatically locks the door for you. 7 days a week anytime We are a country location east of downtown Marion. Our neighborhood is very private and friendly. We are surrounded by woods and ponds. There is very little traffic on our lane as we have only 5 homes here. In addition to the parking located near your entrance, we have a gazebo close by with a relaxing area of outdoor furniture and tables. We have also included a grill for your use if you want to prepare and grill your own dinner outside in our wooded country atmosphere. The evenings are beautiful here. Note: The central air unit is shared between Unit 1 and 2. We must keep the temperature at a median range to keep the highest percentage of people comfortable. Our target temperature is between 68-72 degrees.
