These units are centrally located to be convenient to get to anything needed in 10-15 minutes. The Apartment features a king size, plush bed and with a master bathroom & stand-alone rain shower. The space Bedroom: King-sized Bed Welcome to Hope City Farmhouse. Our apartment is locate in a second floor above our garage. For the accommodation of our guests, there is a private entrance with 2 parking spaces. The space is completely private allowing you to feel the comfort and peace you are looking for. The view is spectacular on the 7 acre wooded lot, often visited by local deer. You would never guess that this gem was hidden right outside of Marion. A uniquely handcrafted apartment nestled on 7 acres of land. The beautiful landscape is neighboring "Hope City", locally known for community living. This newly-built rustic retreat is the perfect getaway and no more than 45 minutes from Fort Wayne and an hour away from Indy. The location sits right between Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University , which is perfect for parents or family members visiting students. This unit accommodates up to 4 people, due to the memory foam mattress queen-size sofa bed by Lazyboy in the living room. Return from a day of visits to unwind in front of the flat-screen TV, located steps from a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy resting in a king-sized bed or the queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. The apartments have all the necessities needed for a long term stay including a washer and dryer inside the unit at no additional cost, Keurig Coffee provided complimentary, and Wifi is always customary. Key Residence Features: - Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, Keurig Coffee, Wifi, off-street parking for 2 vehicles and more! - Private location - Enjoy the 7 acre view at this apartment where cities, towns, and adventures are not too far away. Guest access You will have access to your persona unit through Yale keypads on the entrance door and also your apartment door. You will have your own entry code to enter the apartment and then at exit, you merely push the Yale button on the keypad and it automatically locks the door for you. Other things to note In addition to the parking located near your entrance, we have a gazebo close by with a relaxing area of outdoor furniture and tables. We have also included a grill for your use if you want to prepare and grill your own dinner outside in our wooded country atmosphere. The evenings are beautiful here. Note: The central air unit is shared between Unit 1 and 2. We must keep the temperature at a median range to keep the highest percentage of people comfortable. Our target temperature is between 68-72 degrees.
