Our stylish annex is ideally located, just 10 mins' walk from Mill Hill Broadway station and 15 mins from Edgware tube and their high street amenities. It is entirely standalone, containing double bedroom, wet room, kitchenette & private parking space. Perfect for short or longer stays, a home from home for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and those visiting family nearby. Entirely self-contained, professionally cleaned between bookings and includes keypad entry. Guest access The annex is essentially a studio flat - a real home from home. Other things to note The Annex is cleaned before arrival and every week, usually on a Tuesday morning. The kitchenette contains a microwave, sink, mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates, bowls and cutlery). It doesn’t have a cooker/oven or washing machine/ dish washer. The Annex benefits from its own designated driveway space which is yours for the duration of your stay. EV charging for electric vehicles available on request.
