The apartment is on the ground floor of a cottage in Dagomys. It occupies the entire first floor of our house. Our family lives on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house. It's quiet here, no fuss, no noise from cars. Our place is close to shops, a market, and a dining room. You can park your car on the premises of the cottage absolutely free of charge. A barbecue is at your service. 5 min to the federal highway, bus stop. The center of Sochi is 7 km away. The room has been renovated! No smoking, no damp smell! The space Our accommodation is very conveniently located: it is in the city, but we are as quiet as in the village! Nature is wonderful! Guest access We have an outdoor lounge area. There is a barbecue, sand and swings for small guests. Parking for your car in the courtyard of the house. Other things to note Dagomys has the best beach in Sochi (officially recognized as such for the last three years). From our accommodation you can enjoy a walk to it on a flat terrain. The walk will take 25 minutes. Taxi to the beach is 100 rubles. The beautiful Dagomys complex is a 15-minute walk away. Its territory and beach will pleasantly surprise you: playgrounds, swimming pool, bath, concert hall. Entrance to the complex is free, entrance to the beach is 200 rubles (includes umbrella, sunbed, children's pool, all entertainment with animators). It is not inferior to hotels abroad. The center of Sochi (Seaport, Platanovaya Alley, Riviera Park) is only seven kilometers away. It is 15-20 minutes by public transport. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from our house.
